TERMS & CONDITIONS
☆ Items will be sold on a first-pay-first-serve mode. If there is more than 1 interested buyer, the buyer who makes payments first would get the ordered item.
☆ Payments are to be made only when the orders are confirmed by us and within 2 days after orders are confirmed. Otherwise, the items would be let up to other customers.
☆ Once orders are sent in or payments has been done, cancellation/backing out of orders is strictly not allowed and will not be refunded.
☆ Once payments for the orders has been made, items would be reserved.
☆ Items sold will neither be exchangeable nor refundable.
☆ Items are all brand new in package and free size, unless stated.
☆ Measurements for items are all in centimeters (CM), otherwise stated.
☆ True pictures of items requested will not be given unless the pictures are unclear in showing of the items.
☆ Only stated colours are available.
☆ Prices of items are fixed and the prices stated are for each piece of the item.
☆ No discounts (or any other form of negotiation), trades would be given. Emails/tags related to these would be ignored.
☆ RLS will not entertain queries as to whether we have the items the enquirer is asking for. All instock(s) that are available would be displayed on our site.
☆ RLS will not be responsible for any lost mail, defects in the items or items that are damaged in the midst of postage delivery.
~Once orders are sent in, it means that you have read & agreed to all terms & conditions stated.
~RLS reserves the rights to amend or modify anything that is stated here without any notifications.
Collecting of items
★ Home Delivery
•
Priority will be given for buyers who opt for home delivery (inclusive of payments being made) than to other buyers
★ Self-collection
•
At designated location in Hougang; further details will be given upon opting for it (near to Hougang MRT/Hougang Mall)
•
Priority will be given for buyers who opt for self-collection than to other buyers
☆ Mass Meet-ups
•
Only available if we have it for RLS-Taiwan sprees
•
On weekends and at Hougang MRT Station only (above applies)
☆ Registered Postage
•
Additional S$2.30 on top of normal postage charges (Strongly recommended)
•
Tracking number will be given once mailed
☆ Normal Postage
•
Charged accordingly to the weight of item ($1.50 per clothing, $3 per bag)
Payment Mode
☆ ATM transfer/Internet Banking (POSB/OCBC)
• Bank account number will be given together with the payment invoice
☆ Bank-in Cash (POSB)
1. Head to any POSB/DBS bank with the cash amount
2. Go to any available counter and request them to deposit the cash into the bank account
3. Hand them the cash and they will transfer the amount to the requested bank account
