    Collecting of items

    ★ Home Delivery
    • Priority will be given for buyers who opt for home delivery (inclusive of payments being made) than to other buyers

    ★ Self-collection
    • At designated location in Hougang; further details will be given upon opting for it (near to Hougang MRT/Hougang Mall)
    • Priority will be given for buyers who opt for self-collection than to other buyers

    ☆ Mass Meet-ups
    • Only available if we have it for RLS-Taiwan sprees
    • On weekends and at Hougang MRT Station only (above applies)

    ☆ Registered Postage
    • Additional S$2.30 on top of normal postage charges (Strongly recommended)
    • Tracking number will be given once mailed

    ☆ Normal Postage
    • Charged accordingly to the weight of item ($1.50 per clothing, $3 per bag)

    Payment Mode

    ☆ ATM transfer/Internet Banking (POSB/OCBC)
    • Bank account number will be given together with the payment invoice

    ☆ Bank-in Cash (POSB)
    1. Head to any POSB/DBS bank with the cash amount
    2. Go to any available counter and request them to deposit the cash into the bank account
    3. Hand them the cash and they will transfer the amount to the requested bank account
